OWI 1st Offense Weekend Program - October 11-13, 2024

We are excited to offer the OWI 1st Offense Program to Polk and surrounding counties in lieu of jail requirements (321J.2, sub2, paragraph a, subparagraph (1), IAC). This program is offered on a Bi-Weekly basis.

Individuals attending the program are required to comply with program expectations and pay for the program when registering. Registration fees are NON REFUNDABLE. All DOT reporting requirements will be electronically filed the first business day after successful completion of the jail diversion program and complimentary completion certificates will be sent to parties requiring notice for you free of charge.
